Adriana had given me a reading and it shocks me to this day that I didn’t even have to say anything and she knew my struggles my happiness my life inside and out was so interesting and so surreal but that’s a beautiful gift she has for a beautiful person like her. My friend posted about Adriana on Facebook and something just told me I needed to do a Reiki cleanse. I was so skeptical and yet I had no reservations about booking the appointment. (can you say universe pushing me to do this or what? ;) ) I felt immediately energized after the cleanse and then I crashed for 2 days. The crazy awesome thing about crashing though is that I have an autoimmune disease that I have let mentally get me down for a long time. This time when I was exhausted I knew it was different. It wasnt like the times I am having a flare up. I knew that I was just tired because my body needed to rest. Instead of immediately going into a negative head space I was calm and peaceful. It has been almost a week now and I feel absolutely incredible. I havent felt like this in I dont know how long. I have energy, I am more alert, and emotionally I feel BALANCED. I joke a lot that I am a hot mess because that is usually how I feel. Like a ball of pent up anxiety. I feel SO GOOD. Adriana is amazing. I could talk to her for hours. I have been going through a lot of situational anxiety these past few months and went into this cord cutting with an open mind. The results within 12 hrs were noticeable. Within 24 hrs I had absolutely no anxiety in fact I was feeling so much better I was struggling to get my head around how well it worked.
